Developer for Open Text Web Solutions (Iasi, Bucharest or Cluj)

You will be involved in an important project, for a world market leader in switching systems and tool steel, Europe's number one in rails, processed wire and special profiles. The company is a leading player in the production of high-quality strip steel and heavy plate and occupies a top position in the European automotive supply business.
In this complex team, you will be working with 2 other programmers, specialized in Java and ASP.NET solutions.

Your main responsibilities inside our team will include:
Participating in all the development phases: from gathering and documenting user requirements, to analyzing data, writing technical specifications, programming code and conducting quality assurance testing;
Suggesting technical solutions in a proactive approach;
Sustaining with appropriate arguments a solution, while taking into account both its advantages and limitations;
Ensuring bug-fixing, maintenance and proper documentation

Cerinte:

Experience as a developer with Open Text (RedDot) WCMS products
Strong technical background, including expertise in ASP.NET, ASP, XML
Experience working with Visual Studio .NET
Familiar with OpenText Web Solution 7.3, 10.1
Strong Web development experience, including PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, RSS
Great advantage: Java development background
Google Analytics
Basic knowledge of Sawmill (Web Statistics) is an advantage
Basic knowledge of ColdFusion / Verity is an advantage
Simple processing of other multimedia content (video, Flash) and also simple image processing would be considered an advantage

We will also appreciate:
Very good command of spoken and written English
German knowledge is an advantage
Ability to work independently
