Job description
Under the management of a Project
Manager, your tasks will be (not exhaustive)
• Work with Business teams to
understand requirements and produce technical designs
• Write and follow the
technical design of a web application
• Develop and follow a web
application
• Be aware to the quality, the testing and the readability of
code
• Respect of your engagement on a project (planning and workload)
•
Work with both in-house and outsourced technical resources: developers, test
analysts, network engineers, DBAs, etc.
• Help to drive and to apply best
practices for development team,
• The optimization solutions for a
project
• Provide technical input on development tools.
• Assist in
analysis and resolution of complex production support issues.
• Give a
regular feedback to the IT managers
Demands:
Requirements / Qualifications
•
University Degree in technical discipline.
• At least 4 years experience
working in software and web application development.
• Technical competency
in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Expert in PHP, good knowledge of
XHTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML.
• Strong knowledge on MVC frameworks
•
Awareness of both established and emerging technologies relevant to high-volume
websites. / Experience building highly interactive, highly trafficked (million
hits/day), database-driven web applications
• Strong analytical skills and
ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Good knowledge of Caching
technology
• Good work experience with Version control systems (cvs)
•
Good experience on main framework (
• Real experiences with My SQL and MS SQL
databases.
• Real experiences in Linux environment
• Skills on coaching

• Awareness of network technologies applicable to
a secure, fault-tolerant production website.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical
teams.
• Strong skills on reporting
• Good English language skill (verbal
and written)
• Good capability to speak clearly to an attendance (technical
or not)
Preferred but not required
• Experience developing
transactional B2C/B2B websites.
• Experience working with remote teams.
