Functional Solution Specialist for TLC Feeds, Reporting and Maintenance team

TLC Feeds, Reporting and Maintenance team owns a set of applications aimed to provide trades feeding, confirmation and reconciliation processes, data reporting, support and maintenance in and out of bank's global risk management platform for FX/FX Derivatives and Commodities asset classes that process 1 000 000+ new trades a day, 150+ different products. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Deal with business users capturing requirements and business needs 
- Be the owner of solution requirements of the project 
- Formulate and communicate high quality system requirements according to the project schedule and methodology that project team follows 
- Provide team with answers for the questions associated with requirements 
- Work with PM to get project scope in terms of requirements clearly defined 
- Capture and track changes in requirements
- Formally log change requests 


- Clear understanding of Requirements Management process 
- Understanding of software development process (both waterfall and scrum/other agile) 
- Past Experience in requirements elicitation and requirements definition 
- Past experience in operating at agile-like environment 
- Ability to read and understand the source code in Java and PL SQL 
- Good technical background. Knowledge of SQL (writing complex queries) 
- Great attention to the details; experience in creating MOMs quickly 
- Hands on experience with modeling tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect, MS Visio) 
- Understanding of investment banking business is a huge advantage 

Nice to have:

- Subject Matter expertise in FX or FI businesses (desirable) 
- Understanding of risk management, order management, basics of confirmation and settlement
