The context of the job:
Our partner is an important German provider of several various e-commerce services (trips, hotel reservations, airplane tickets, news, financial information, real estate, social web, etc.) The development of other multiple sites is previewed.
The importance of your role in our team:
As an IT Business Analyst you will be the one to participate in designing new online business models and to ensure that all the excellent ideas can transform themselves in competitive high-quality software products. You will do this by:
- closely communicating with the key business stakeholders in order to fully understand their business needs;
- documenting,organizing the requirements and communicating them to the IT development team;
- assisting the solution architecture development and active participation in reviewing the intermediate outputs;
- assist test managers to complete test documentation;
- assisting the definition of the implementation plan.
Your mission includes advocating the maintenance of high – quality standards for a proper final output. We rely on you to bring added value in this role by also assisting process stakeholders. You will be the one to show them how to identify and solve process challenges throughout different scenarios simulations & performance metrics analysis.
What it takes to join us as a talented IT Business Analyst – e-commerce:
- Solid previous experience (minimum 2-3 years) in conceiving and implementing e-commerce software solutions is mandatory;
- An above-average capacity of understanding the business concept of a client;
- The ability to act as a real connector between the business and IT
development team, in order to ensure compatibility between client
requirements and software solutions;
- Rigor in ensuring the best results are attained;
- High autonomy translated in the capacity of taking decisions and finding the best solutions;
- Good written & verbal English language skills; any knowledge of German will be an advantage;
- Strong belief that the success is the result of an excellent team work;
- Very good analytical & conceptual skills.
