Your role inside our team:

In the context of expanding our IT research and development activity, we are adding new specialists who will be an important asset in our innovation laboratory – PentaLABBs (http://www.pentalabbs.com/).

For the role of Front-end Web Developer, we are looking for a new talent: a good-experienced person with a genuine curiosity and an open minded attitude towards what is new in this field. This person will follow and make good use of the new Multi-touch interfaces (HTML5, Application Mobile, Flash).

You will be trusted with activities that can sustain the core mission of our department: constant innovation at all levels. Your main focus in this job will be on different activities, such as:
- Creating the Proof Of Concept;
- Innovating the new interfaces Web and Mobile Multi-Touch (see as example http://livingartmedia.com/firefox-multitouch-html5-css3-svg-awesomeness/);
- Updating, animating and developing the sites and blogs for PentaLABBs clients;
- Good management of the accessibility, quality and ergonomics of the sites, regarding the content, visual aspect and associated links;
- Search Engine Optimization activities (SEO);
- Constantly analyzing the evolution of the technologies in order to be able to develop new concepts;
You will also handle multiple projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:

- Having university studies in informatics, you have already further developed your knowledge in a similar job in Front End Development;
- Solid technical background and practical experience (minimum 2-3 years) with HTML/HTML5, CSS, Canvas, advanced JavaScript and JQuery;
- Good knowledge regarding the following technologies and programming languages: Flash, Flex, ActionScript, XML, XSL/XPATH, Dreamweaver, PHP;
- Good level of graphical technologies: Photoshop, Flash;
- Very good understanding of the W3C standards;
- A clear image and very good understanding of the differences between different browsers is mandatory;
- English is a must; French will be considered a plus;
